Sign-up is a QR code on their own phone and a work email address, which is required; a mobile number is optional and used only for headshot-queue texts. No app to download, no account to create, nothing for your IT team to approve.

The system creates a face template — a numeric description of facial geometry — solely to route photos from your event to the person in them. It is scoped to that one event, never cross-referenced against anything else, never provided to your organization, and permanently destroyed within 30 days of the attendee signing up.
Common questions.
How quickly do attendees receive photos?
Their gallery link is in their hand before they walk away from the camera, and the photos they’re in appear in it through the event as matching runs. New matches keep arriving as we shoot.
Do attendees need an app?
No. The gallery link arrives as an ordinary email and opens in any browser.
Can attendees opt out?
Yes, at sign-up or afterwards. They still get the frames from their own turn at the camera, handed over by a QR code there.
Can delivery be branded?
Yes. The delivery email can carry your event name, your logo and sponsor cards run on the camera display and the slideshow, and branded backdrops are available.
What do we get as the organizer?
The complete edited gallery, plus sign-up and delivery counts we pull for you after the event.
