Pricing & Travel Terms

Pricing applies nationwide and is subject to change without prior notice.

Complimentary travel and accommodations are included for events within the United States when all of the following requirements are met:

  • The event is booked at least 60 days in advance.
  • The booking includes a minimum of two consecutive days of coverage.
  • The event takes place within the United States.

Bookings that do not meet all three requirements may be subject to additional travel and accommodation fees.

No rush-fee surprisesSame-day and 24-hour turnaround are quoted up front as options, not billed as an emergency.
